Promotional Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the promotional incentive and referral schemes offered by Splitzy Ltd ("Splitzy", "we", "us", "our"). By participating in these schemes, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to modify or terminate these schemes and their terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Incentive Scheme

2.1 Eligibility

To participate in our incentive scheme, you must meet the following criteria:

• Collect £50 or more from at least two (2) separate friends via Splitzy
• Eligible friends must be new users who have not previously interacted with the Splitzy app or platform
• Your Splitzy account must be validated with a verified phone number and active bank account
• Comply with all platform requirements

2.2 Reward Structure

• Upon successfully collecting £50 or more, you will receive £5 directly into your associated bank account
• Only one £5 reward will be given per user, regardless of multiple eligible collections
• Payments will be processed within 30 business days from meeting eligibility conditions

2.3 Exclusions

We reserve the right to withhold or cancel rewards if we detect:

• Use of fake or duplicate accounts
• Collusion to artificially create transactions
• Attempts to bypass platform mechanisms
• Any other fraudulent or abusive behavior

3. Referral Scheme

3.1 Eligibility

• You may refer friends using your unique referral link or QR code
• Referred users must sign up using your referral link/code
• Referred users must collect £50 or more from at least two separate friends
• Referred users must validate their account with phone number and bank account

3.2 Reward Structure

• You will receive £5 when your referred user meets eligibility criteria
• Only one referral reward per referred user
• Payments processed within 30 business days of meeting conditions

3.3 Limitations

Referrals may be disqualified for:

• Self-referrals or multiple account creation
• Referring non-genuine users
• Spamming or misleading referral practices

4. General Terms

4.1 Modifications

Splitzy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of these promotional schemes at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

4.2 Non-Transferable

Rewards cannot be transferred, exchanged, or sold. They have no monetary value outside of these schemes and cannot be combined with other offers.

4.3 Termination

We may terminate your participation in these schemes if you violate these Terms or any other Splitzy terms of service.
